We will be running a naming raffle entitled - “Who’s That Girl”, which we hope to be commencing in April to raise some desperately needed funds for the running of the sanctuary. The three female kids born during March will be the girls in question. Further details will be announced shortly so watch this space.

The first rescue goats arrived here in 2004
and they have continued doing so ever since.
In Autumn 2006 the calls from members of the public
seeking assistance with goats they no longer wanted,
had been dumped or were being cruelly treated, etc
started to become more frequent and it was
becoming more obvious that a goat sanctuary in it’s own right
was needed, Sheena, who runs the sanctuary, finally
took the “plunge” (after much convincing from others !!)
and so .......... Armargos Goat Sanctuary was born,
with the main aim being to provide a safe haven for all
domestic goats in need around the country...
